error -10??

i had ssrpm working fine for awhile, but now the message window at the bottom of the main console keeps saying -10? what is error -10? can anyone help me?

Hello toffee223,

Errorcode -10 means that a user is trying to enroll into SSRPM from an OU that is not covered by the SSRPM Profile you have set up.
Make sure to add that OU under your SSRPM Profile, in the SSRPM Admin Console.
